The accommodation

The complex consists of two spacious, independent houses, accommodating 16 to 20 people. The property includes a coconut palm, and both vacation homes have private patios and parking areas. They are ideally located at the entrance to Río Lagartos, on the main street.

Unit 1: Río Lagartos House:

The front unit features a covered porch with a large table and benches, and access to a private patio with a gate to the rear unit's parking area.

Inside the house, there is an open floor plan design with a breakfast bar in a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, and blender.

A dining table is located near the window overlooking the living room, where there is a 50-inch 4k smart TV with a wraparound sofa.

A barn door in the living room leads to the front bedroom, which has a double/full bunk bed, hammock and air conditioning unit.

Through the kitchen, a passage leads to a hallway with access to the bathroom on the right and leading directly to the master bedroom at the rear of the house, with a king-size bed, inverter mini-split air conditioning, and its own access to the private patio.

The main bathroom is spacious and has a locally sourced, hand-applied "chukum" finish.

Unit 2: Chukum House

The rear unit features handcrafted "Chukum" finishes applied by hand both inside and out!

It has its own vehicle access gate from the street and is a large two-story building with high ceilings and excellent sunset views.

On the main floor, there is a large breakfast bar with an island in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and additional utensils.

The dining table area is near the bedroom door and the iron staircase, next to the living room with a wraparound sofa and a 65-inch 4k smart TV.

The main floor bedroom offers ample storage, mirrors, a sturdy king-size mattress, and an air conditioning unit. The main floor bathroom is spacious and features a large bench.

The upper floor is open to the main area with large windows to enjoy the sunset light and is equipped with a king-size bed, a full-size bunk bed, and a full bathroom.

Guest access

The entire house and parking area are available for your use.

This rental includes two houses separated by a tall, private, lockable door, which can be opened to facilitate passage between the two houses, although they are completely separate from each other.

The tenants will be the only ones on the property.

The units are separate buildings more than 30 feet apart, with parking for the rear units in between.
